Hey folks. IO'm new to this business and I run into questions every step of the way. So if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated! (HOW DO I STOP MY TRANPARANCY INK FROM PULLING OFF AND STICKING TO THE EMULSION AFTER I BURN A SCREEN?)

do you let the transparency dry before burning the screen?
what type of exsposure unit are you using?
is the emulsion dry before you burn the screen?

these are just a few questions you need to ask yourself .....

Also make sure you are using the correct film for your printer. There is film for inkjets, and film for lasers. They are not interchangeable.

Humidity can cause this. Unless it's being cuased by something that was already mentioned. apply a small amount of baby powder on you emulsion before taping your transparency.

and also make sure ur printing on the rough side of the transparancy then the smooth side..=)
