Default How would you print this?

So I finally finished a design I've been working on for a while and I really excited to start printing it. But I wanted to see how you would print this.

It's 2-color; thin, dark gray pin-lines on the bottom and thicker light gray pin-lines on top. Printed on a black shirt. Here's the 2 ways I'm considering doing it:

1. I just print the top light-gray color over the thin dark gray (wet on wet) so I don't have to worry as much about registering. Or will that cause smearing?

2. Or I knock-out the small intersecting areas (but then I have to be really exact with registering).

I use a 4 color 1 station table top press from Roynet and water based inks. I know that registering on this press can be a little tricky so I was leaning towards option 1.

What do you guys think?

Which water based inks are you trying? I haven't had much luck with their opaque waterbased inks on black. They don't seem to work that well.

I'm Using Enviroline links for Screenprintingsupplies.com

I've already printed white on black and it comes out great, just not sure how they will print wet on wet.

i'd foil this kind of design.

if you use gray (light and dark), i don't know if that would show up very well on black shirt? maybe use white on the thinnest line.

disrcharge too is a good option.

Foil would be cool but I don't really have that capability, also considered discharge.

Either way would you knock-out the overlapping sections or just print straight on top of each other, that's really what I'm wondering?

Knockout or knockout discharge.
edit: since you have a 4 color press, you might make a 3rd screen that is not knockout and do a test print. Just set all 3 screens up on the press, and try printing light on top of dark lines. If it doesn't work, your knockout will already be setup.
