Default print is warping after wash

Hey there, i have recently sent some shirts to my screen-printer for a job. After i wash and dry the shirts some of the prints come up bunched up or wrinkled looking, does anyone know why this may happen? sometime it looks like the graphic twisted too after washed.

Sounds like your garment may be shrinking.

What are the shirts; Brand and material content?

What method of printing, plastisol?

Can you post a picture?

Also sounds like they put a lot of ink on the shirt. A picture would greatly help in decifering the problem
