Default screened and tranfer on same t

Hi every one.

Just windering if any one has any pictures of t shirts with both screen printed images and transfer images on the same shirt.

The tranfer would have to go on first am i correct?

Don't have pictures but we've done this many times. you actually silkscreen first then apply the transfer. It's easier to place the transfer in the right place then try and match the print around the transfer. You do end up remelting the screen printed ink but that's not usually a bad thing, the ink then feels smooth and much like the transfer.

do you put a teflon sheet over the plastisol

Yes, use a teflon sheet over the plastisol. Ideally your heat press and teflon sheet covers the entire design (print and transfer). We've done ones that didn't fit under the heat press for a one shot, so we would quickly heat press the missed printed sections to smooth them out. This did take more time but it worked fine.
