How would a purple fade to gold look on a black tee?
I have had a request for a logo to fade from purple to gold on a black shirt. No clue where to start. So I am curious what you think it would look like and what the best way to do it would be.

You can do a digital mock up in photoshop but not sure how you would get about doing the gold if it is a gold shimmer.
But it sounds like a nice blend. If you do it, make sure to take pictures and post up!

Would you think just a purple fading using halftones and gold fading towards the purple using halftones. I don't think that I want to attempt doing a color blend on 300 black tee's.

Motoskin, could you help me out? The customer is wanting to see what it would look like in a word, but I cannot figure out how you did the halftone image that you posted.
They are wanting "Wildkats" to go from purple to gold and "halftone" in the middle. Could you please give me some insight on how you got that image you did. Thanks troy

I used vector halftone graphics but that is going to give you large dots and is more an artistic look. You need to do a blend from purple to gold. You can start with a solid purple wildcat and then halftone the yellow to fade out or vice versa.
To show the customer a sample you are going to just show them a two color blend similar to the first pic posted.

I am fine with the "artistic" look. I dont like the blend...I am wanting more of the big circles like in the last picture you posted.
