Photoshop freezing 4 Color Process Good morning to all,
First let me start off by saying, "Thank you for all your help." I have become so busy from when my first print in Oct. of last year. Its funny because I got into printing so I can print my own designs and here I am so busy I need to either quit my regular job, or get help, its been atleast a month and a half since I printed one of my own. I was at the ISS in long beach, and I remember running into a shop owner from out here when he seen my name badge and we are from the same city. I explained that I was buying a set up to print my own design, he said, "thats what he did, now he owns his own shop, and to remember that we are all friends." At that time I didnt have a clue.
Now I have a couple problems, I have a 250 piece, 8 color job, actually 9, but can eliminate a color, so 8 it is, but I have a 6 color press. There are 4 shades of blue, so I am thinking that I can try to use a gradient, but havent printed any gradients before, I was also thinking about trying 4 Color Process, but I have never done that before either. Do any of you have any recommendations or advice?
Plus everytime I try to do a process sep. in Fastfilms, my Photoshop freezes. Any solutions for my Fastfilms problem?
Thank you all, and by finding to this forum, that shop owner was right, we are all friends. |
