epson R1800....2 colors are clogged (black and magenta).....

i tried windex squirted on the "foam pad" (that's where the head sits when the printer is off). soaked it for over night. it helped a little bit but the clog comes and go.

before using windex, i performed all the system cleaning, head cleaning, etc etc. on the maintenance menu.

any other recommendations on how to get rid of the clog?
