Default Screen Printing Climacool

Hello,

I've got a customer wanting to screen print some Adidas Climacool Jerseys--just wondering if this is possible.

Can't find any information anywhere as to what they're made of, even on the Adidas website. I'm assuming they're polyester, but beyond adding a bonding additive, is there anything I need to know about Climacool? It's a jersey, so there are holes in the fabric, are these really big? Are they unprintable?

Thanks

Paul, Climacool is about 95 % Poly and 5% Spnndex, yes you can screen them, you just want to stay away from double lined cause it limits you to 1 color. John

If they're only 5% spandex, will a polyester white print fine, no additive?

It should but just to be safe I would use it, it's not that expensive compared to replacing shirts. John
