There are some unknowns we will need to know before giving you a good method to use.
1) How will you be printing these?
2) What color/type garment will it go on?
3) What is your quantity?
These answers will help us to steer you in the right direction.
I don't have rip program. Can I still print this? If so, how? What colors and in what order. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
You could also do Indexed colors, this would eliminate the need to do halftones altogether. Indexed don't work with every design, but I think it could work with this one.
Open in Photoshop, go to Mode / Indexed Color / choose palette then custom and click and drag on existing squares and change the color to white. All squares should start out at white then choose a square and select a color. I would think three different colors would do it, gold, brown and black should give you enough of a contrast. Then hit ok and it should convert it for you. You can also turn the preview on to see the overall effect.
With Indexed color, you do need to make sure your registration is accurate.

You wouldn't need to. Indexed colors don't touch. Halftones can, but it depends on your screen angles. If they are spot colors with halftones, you should be fine.
