Default Coverage Question

Has anyone seen shirts that have a lot of coverage on them. For example "the gun show" by rogue status... how is this done? please pm me if you know

You mean like an all-over print, with a pattern or design covering pretty much all the fabric of the t-shirt? If so, it's either done as custom cut and sew (printed fabric panels or fabric lengths sewn into shirts) or, more commonly, printed on pre-made shirts afterwards with a belt printer.
