If you let the emulsion remover dry on there, chances are the screen is junk. You can try taking it to a car wash, or if you have a pressure washer, just blasting it out of there with as much pressure as you can get your hands on.
I wouldnt waste any more emulsion remover, it's not going to do anything further, as the composition of the emulsion is changed, and emulsion remover no longer has an effect on it.
Haha man I'm going through the same situation.
I left 4 of them outside on my porch, sprayed them down with remover and forgot about it..
Now I have 4 ruined screens, even when i took my 2500 psi pressure washer to the screens it didn't take the emulsion all the way out.
I was wondering if there is a way to possibly dip the screen into a remover and leave it there..?
Someone has to have a secret out there about this.
Thanks

The "secret" is brute force. You can try chemical brute force (dehazer), but physical brute force (pressure washer) is likely needed, instead or as well. If a pressure washer doesn't do it, it's time for the razor blade (i.e. replace the mesh).
As screenprinters you really need to let go of this idea that there "must" be a solution to everything. If you keep trying to escape from reality with magical thinking, you're going to find screenprinting very frustrating. Realise when you're defeated, and move on.
I would try taken the screen down to a self car wash and try to use the really high powered pressure washers and litterally muscle it out. If that is able to work you will probably loose some tension
