Default Ouch... gonna feel this in the morning

Who am I kidding? I'm feeling it now!

Just ran 350 2 color tees on a manual press... and i'm really sore right now...

6 hours of manual squeegee'ing makes you very sore (stopped to grill up some steaks and a couple smoke breaks in there too)

Tomorrow i gotta run the other side

yay...

Wow I ran 125 today and I am hurting so I can imagine. But I didn't take smoke breaks but the Margarita bottle is empty.

I know how you feel. I did 250 a while back 6 hours straight no breaks...I was hurting for a few days after. I said I would not want these type of orders every day.....unless I hired someone to do it.

Ouch, I know how that feels. Couple of weeks ago I did a 500 piece order, 4 Color Front with flash between each color on a manual. Took me 24 hours, 8 hour shifts for 3 days.

I got my auto press installed the other day and ran a 250 shirt order, 1 color, in 30 minutes today. I am in love...

Yes! I would love to get orders of over a thousand ever time.

One or two screens to burn and wash/reclaim. Yes. Worth it.

We regularly print 300 shirts with oversize prints (18"x30") with 24" squeegees on our oversize screens in 100 degree weather. Now that will kill you! We have to take turns printing for 30 minutes at a time. I usually lose 5 lbs during the day from printing in these conditions.

OH MAN...... gotta love individual long sleeve prints! One of my co-workers did 700 of them in one day, all by himself... why? I have no idea. I offered help but I think he liked the torture.

You guys must all be youngsters. It'd break me to be pulling a squeegee nowadays. When I had a shop the manual jobs usually were 72 pieces or less. Manual printing will make you stronger though (lol)
