What Company did you purchase....
I just wanted to ask where everybody purchased there screen printing equipment? What Company?
How long did it take to get all your parts into the shop?
Reason why I'm asking is because where I purchased my equipment from, it took 2 1/2 months to get all my equipment because they purposely kept leaving parts out of my machine and then forgot my supplies too.
I feel very disappointed about this and I paid everything in full at the time of payment.
They won't compensate me for the loss of jobs I acquired all because they told me it would only take about 4 days to be shipped out. So I BEGIN conducting business thinking and saying to myself that it should all be on time.
I was wrong. I lost jobs due to this company.
Anybody?

I purchased my 4c 2s press from Ryonet.....I received everything in about 4 - 6 days from order...all the supplies came in one box...and the press came in a few others.....the only thing that I was disappointed about was the fact that UPS destroyed the flash dryer...but Ryonet was quick to replace the broken flash.
everytime I deal with Ryonet...i am amazed as to there level of customer service...I wish I could say that about some of the other companies I have to deal with......
Sorry to hear that, i've done buisness with bob before and never had an issue with him, he sells some pretty decent 2 color presses and flash dryers here in southern cali. But i guess the son isn't as professional as him. His kids own that buisness where you bought that stuff from by the way.

who cares who owns it ...thats just bad buisness....I would send all the stuff back and get a refund..and go with a company that cares about there customers...its called "Customer Service" .... just because the "KIDS" own the buisness now ..means what?

Send all of the equipment back.......
Inked
means nothing!!! And i agree... That's why i was stating that the kids are not like the father. I would send it back in a heart beat to. Companies like that should not be operating a buisness..

I also use Ryonet... they have been GREAT. I have been impressed by them many times. Some companies truly understand the concept of customer service and Ryonet is no exception. I get my stuff from them the next day. (I live in Seattle.) When my first order of stuff came, I had never seen such a big box.
