Re: Timed Challenge. Yep, time setting up is time wasted, time printing is making money.
Especially when the machine is capable of such a high output.

Re: Timed Challenge. That sounds good. I've never timed our processes but getting the floodbars, squeegees and screen off of the press and cleaned of excess ink is about 3 minutes/screen.
