One-man, 4- 23x31 screens, 4 floods, 4 squeegies.
From press breakdown to clean screens drying.

40 minutes- best I could do not rushing. Not bad actaully.
I'm determined to get the whole speed in set up and tear down- down.

Yep, time setting up is time wasted, time printing is making money.
Especially when the machine is capable of such a high output.

That sounds good. I've never timed our processes but getting the floodbars, squeegees and screen off of the press and cleaned of excess ink is about 3 minutes/screen.
