Hi everyone. Questions for everyone. I have a job that is printing on a 2x1 tank. When I print it, looks good. Problem is the stretch is what is frustrating me. Does anyone know how to get around this? I heard that an additive by wilflex is the way to go. Is this true and work? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Just say no to 2x1! The stretch additive helps give ink the stretch it needs so it doesn't crack, but it isn't going to help with distorting images.
I learned this the hard way when I first started printing and accepted an order of 500 pieces manually printed. I literally cried my whole way through.
I agree with Henry. No matter how much stretch additive you mix in to the ink, it will only prevent cracking. But a snug fitting 2 x 1 rib tank, on a curvy female, can help but distort. That said, I have done some solid oval prints, with text printed on top, that don't look too bad, because if you think about it, a stretched out oval, only looks like a wider oval ;-)

Another thing to add, you have to think about breasts. Either their breasts will distort the image more if you are printing on the front center, or it will crack it even more.
