The Underprint film I'm printing from my EPSON R1900 looks to be fine, but when I burn the image on a screen funny patterns start appearing. I'v burned same film on many different mesh counts but get same reults. I also retentioned all my newman screens and that had no effect. I've been printing only about 6 years and have never experienced this before, can anyone help.

what angle is the halftone at? 45 and 90 are no good.
