Not if it is a standard cool white fluorescent, it will take considerably longer. If you can find a UV blacklight to replace the bulb with, it may be better.

how long is considerably longer? hr? 1/2hr? i too received a regular unfiltered florecent light(long version) and trying to figure out... and you don't know if screen burned or not before you wash out the emulsion, correct?
thanks... how long should i expose it? mine isn't black light, it's just regular flourecent bulb(but seller said it was unfiltered)....
Unfiltered black light fluorescents look white until you turn them on. If it's purple when you turn it on, it is really an unfiltered BL.
If it's a regular cool white, you are just going to have to experiment. It depends on your emulsion, coating technique, etc. Do a exposure test with a piece of paper, move it 5 minutes at a time.
