Default FastRip Install prob... company out of business?
We purchased the assets of a screen printer and that included a copy of FastRip v8.5, the CD & Dongle.

When we went and installed it, we only had one CD... the software CD. It installed fine but when we run it, it asks us to select our printer (R1800) and then it searches for the an updated printer driver. We selected the internet because we "may" be missing a CD with printer drivers. It proceeds to error out on a PSQUEUE.EXE.

I have tried to contact US Screenprint but apparently they have gone out of business.

Anyone have a copy of the printer driver CD or a solution for getting around this? I'd rather get at least this portion of my investment to work instead of spending another $500+ for a new rip package.

If it's just a printer driver issue, then Google and/or the printer manufacturer's website should be able to take care of it.

If it's something more than that, this thread has some contact info/followup that might be useful to get support for the product:

I would recommend contacting Justin at Equipment Zone as he should be able to help you.
