why not just look at stores which sell stuff here in the UK anyway?
it depends how much cash you have to throw at it etc... myself, im doin it low budget hobby styled... made my own lights set up with bits from B&Q, got a daler rowney screen printing kit, and then wanted photo emulsion and went with Diazo stuff (by speedball). this is all normally available from decent art shops... but heres a few links to try hobby wise....
