why not just look at stores which sell stuff here in the UK anyway? it depends how much cash you have to throw at it etc... myself, im doin it low budget hobby styled... made my own lights set up with bits from B&Q, got a daler rowney screen printing kit, and then wanted photo emulsion and went with Diazo stuff (by speedball). this is all normally available from decent art shops... but heres a few links to try hobby wise....

made my own version of these for about £70 all together
Silk Screen Printing Exposure Lamp 1000w Halogen on eBay, also, Screen Speciality Printing, Printing Graphic Arts, Business, Office Industrial (end time 06-Jul-09 17:16:02 BST)

Art and Craft Supplies - Fred Aldous Ltd - just search for stuff. i know they've got the stuff in at shop actually in Manchester.

Batik | Screen Printing | Tie Dye | Tjanting | Fabrics | Silk Painting Supplies - personally ordered from these, fast delivery

Wicked Printing Stuff - this place seems to be geared towards the more keen amateur semi profesh, rather than hobbyist.

i was only able to source a couple of sites from my uni suppliers,
Colenso Colenso Screen Services Ltd
and
R.A.Smart R A Smart - Screenprint & Digital Equipment Suppliers to The Graphics & Textile Industries

hope that helps.. but so does google!
