Default Recommendation on IR Flash Dryer

I'm looking for recommendations on an 18x18 IR Flash Dryer. I really need it to run on 110. I don't want to have to rewire my garage for 220. I'm also looking around the $500-$600 range. Any ideas would help.

Thanks,
Mike

Default Re: Recommendation on IR Flash Dryer

Hi Mike

That type and price of flash unit is available from several reputable manufacturers and dealers listed on this site.

Also look into the Breaker Amperage on the garage circuit you'd plan on using. Many of that size flash are rated at 1800-2000W and draw around 16-18 amps, so you need to see if the circuit has a 20amp breaker. You also want to see if anything else uses that same circuit that might add to the load when the flash is on.
