how about 2 100w light bulb? i haven't look for a halide bulb yet..if i were able to find a customer that would want me to print their shirt then i will use that money to invest on something more powerful..
Do an exposure test! Coat a screen, cover all but an inch strip and do an exposure time, uncover another strip and continue. You are going to need a LONNNNNNNNNNG exposure, so try 5 min intervals until you find one that sets the screen.
You can always use the sun.
