Default Need to dyesub on a screen printed shirt, can it hold up?

I have 100% poly shirts that will have a screen print on one side and dyesub on the other. Some of the shirts are to small to pull over the heat press so they will get 400F for 1 minute. Will the screen print hold up?

Or should I dyesub them and then screen print subjecting the dyesub to 350F for 45 seconds in a tunnel dryer? I am afraid of re-sublimation.

Sublimate it first! The screenprint will not hold up at 400 for 1 minute in a heatpress. I would make sure when putting the print through the conveyor dryer to make sure it is flat and not folded against itself. I think that the dye needs to be 400 to actually "sublimate".

Either way sounds like it will screw up the other to me. Unfortunately I think this is a "test one shirt and see what happens" with both methods situation.

If I had to bet, I'd guess the screenprint is more likely to hold up in the heat press than the dye sublimation in the tunnel dryer (but I wouldn't want to put my money into either).

I'm with Lewis on that one - the chances are something might go wrong either way.
Probably, screen print than sublimate, as the sublimation will ghost or bleed when re-heated.

Is there anything heat-resistant you can put in between front and back of the shirt when dye-subbing to protect screen printing? Like felt or something...
