Default Pressure Washer Cheap Substitute

what cheap solution can i use as a pressure washer? any suggestions? because my problem is in washing of the burned emulsion..not all emulsion drips off...and also the detail is not so great...

example: a straight line...when you look closely at the sides of the line, its jagged or something like pixels

a pressure washer is not going to fix that problem. it is called saw tooth, you probably want to try to expose then went both sides of the screen and let it sit for a min or 2 to let the water soften the image then wash out it stead of forcing the image

Look at your stencil with magnifying glass and you will see that when the stencil dried, it shrank as the water left and took on the texture of the mesh. NOT a smooth hard sharp edge like you positive, but a dimpled ragged edge (sawtooth), because the mesh is effecting the stencil and there is no film on the surface of the mesh forming gasket to control the ink.

Pressure washer?
Covered, unexposed stencil will dissolve with water and rinse down the drain.

Detail has nothing to do with you water pressure compared to:
  • Vacuum
  • Single lamp vs. multiple lamps
  • Penetration power of lamp
  • UV output of lamp
  • UV opacity of the positive
The time honored 'cheap' alternative is the car wash.

As the above posters said, a pressure washer won't solve your problem.

But (since pressure washers are still useful) to answer the question ("what cheap solution can i use as a pressure washer?") - a pressure washer is a cheap solution to use as a pressure washer. They're not expensive, and you don't need to buy a particularly high-end model. They're a piece of equipment worth having.
