That is a union additive.

Detackifier makes ink less "sticky". If you are printing color-flash-color and the first print is sticking to the back of the second screen, you can stir in a little to help.
Reducer lowers the viscosity of the ink, making it easier to print thicker inks through higher mesh, but can also make the ink too runny if you use too much.
