Default Printing onto worn and washed t-shirts?

I've been asked to print a one colour print onto supplied garments but I'm guessing from my conversation with the guy that he wants to bring in all his old tees that have been worn and washed - I don't fancy the idea of this and tried to persuade him to let me supply the shirts.

I expect I'm gonna run into all kinds of issues if i agree to printing on his supplied garments right?

Surely the quality of print wont be the same as a new blank?

(Customers eh! If I didn't have to deal with them and computers life would be great)

I wouldn't worry too much about it. You should be fine. You are not giving any guarantees on customer supplied garments anyway; especially used ones.
