Default I'm looking for decent 13 X 18 transparencies

anyone know of any decent vendors offering 13" X 18-19" transparencies. I am attempted to cut some costs in finding a possibly cheaper source for transparencies. As of know each transparency is costing me $2.10. This includes shipping to me and cost of the item. It just seems high to me and I haven't found a decent alternative as of yet.

Try silkscreeningsupplies.com. I forget what I pay...but the quality is really nice. I've tried a lot of others in an attempt to find cheaper prices and the results weren't that great.

that is exactly my issue. I do not want to lose quality over saving afew coins, because it would end up costing the same in the end, if not more. I just figured I would take a shot at asking.

I use victoryfactory inkjet films, they work great and cost me around $1 for a 13x18. They will send you samples if you give them a call.

Personally, I don't think that's a cost worth cutting. If you are enjoying success with your current transparencies and they only cost you 2$, what's the problem?

If you're printing exclusively small runs, let's say 20 shirts, that's still only costing you 10 cents per shirt. If you could cut the cost of the transparency in half while maintaining the same quality (which I doubt you can) you would still only be saving 1$ a screen, or 10 cents a shirt - aren't there other areas in your shop you could work on improving/cutting costs that would be more worthwhile?

I've gotta agree with Paul on this.
Some things you can cut costs on, other things, not.

Trust me, the victory factory films are the best I have used. I have tested Ryonet and Lawson, and exclusively used cheapo 3M films from Office Depot until I got a 1400.
I don't disagree that $2 is bad for a 13x18, but $1 is even better..
