Cool Still can not get smooth print on Sweatshirts

I do better on 90/10 sweat shirt then 50/50.I tried reducing, soft hand,156 mesh 200 mesh 110 mesh, hard pressure soft pressure/different squegee angle and still wind up with fibers standing up in the print.I've preheated /print flash print/and read alot of tags on this subject[fibrelation].I use a manual press and just cant seem to get that smooth print that I see others get on SWEATSHIRTS .It drives me CRAZY.T-shirts,totes and paper I have no problem.I use Union inks. The proper offset. When I print looks good, flash, print again looks good when I flash again I could see the fibers rise,is this moisture pushing up the fibers?I tried pre heating sweat shirt and it still happens.Any help? Thanks Gary

Default Re: Still can not get smooth print on Sweatshirts

This is what I do and have no problems: I use high mesh 175-195 with Maxopake white (Union ink) on black hoodie. I print, flash, print, flash, print, cure. If the print is not as smooth as I like I just throw it in the heat press for 5 seconds. This process for me works to create a very soft feel with a solid white.
