Photoshop to accurip problem

Default Photoshop to accurip problem

hello...not sure if this is the correct area for this question..but here we go... I have accurip and photoshop...when i go to print preview and try to print my films via accurip to epson driver ...my job doesnt show in accurip and doesnt print...i run a test print on the epson so I know the printer is connected correctly...and i have already printed 1 film before via accurip to epson driver....im stumpted..ive spent many hours on this...any help would be appreciated....

Don't waste time, call for help. 631-744-4330.

You print to the AccuRIP driver, and it knows where it should print.

I have called and now im waiting for a tech to call me back (2 hours and counting) i thought time is money.....? my pockets arent that deep ... haha
I ve reinstalled everything....i think there is a problem between photoshop and accurip.....the printer seems to work ok...but the job isnt showing in accurip....."""scratches head""""

Test AccuRIP Connection
Open AccuRIP.
Under File, click Open (or Test Print)
choose any .eps, .ps or .pdf file to test AccuRIP connection.

Under File you will also find setup, where you double check the printer port & printer.

Ive already dont the test print...everything prints fine.... i went under setup....everything is fine there also...the problem im having is between photoshop and accurip.....for some reason accurip isnt getting the job from photoshop...but photoshop says it sent the file..... i dont know whats going on.

problem resolved.....
it was the port...somehowthe port was switched.....but tech support helped me out
so off to printing
