Default Let's talk pad printing.

My boss has recently expressed interest in entering the pad printing world. I've looked over some videos and it doesn't seem horribly difficult, but I can't seem to find much information outside of that.

Would we be able to just use our big exposure unit instead of paying for a little tiny one? Are the inks generally air dried or heat-cured? Would we be able to use our conveyor dryer or a heat gun to cure them if they need heat?

Is the PADEASY setup that Ryonet offers pretty solid? Can anyone tell me exactly what it contains(Ryonet's site and the manufacturure's site don't give specifics)? Seems like one of the more affordable offerings and it'll be enough of a set up for us to get going right away. Is there another "affordable" set up that should be looked into?

Thanks in advance.
