Default How to get ink off shirt?

I have another question. I was printing with black ink on white shirts. As I pulled one shirt off grabbing it at the top I noticed that I had black ink on my fingers and it was now on the shirt. Now what do I do? How do i clean the ink off. Also what if the ink is real close to the image? I am the type of person that just can't seam to stay clean when I work. Unless i can clean the inks off I am going to have a lot of junk shirts. Please help

There is a product you apply with a power sprayer, I don't remember the name, but it is supposed to be part of our tools. For one I don't have it yet. I think it costs around $100.
When I find more info I will post it.

I spray glass cleaner on the area, then spray it heavy with my kitchen sink sprayer. But that probably won't work if you don't have enough space between the dirt and the actual print (glass cleaner will bleed to a larger area). Black on white shirts are the worst anyway, may have to junk them I'm afraid.

This is the name of the product CCI Spot Cleaning Gun.
I don't know if you can remove ink 100% of the time, but
probably someone who uses it might tell you so.

So, can you recover most of the times t-shirts with ink on them?
Thank you for the info.

If I get a little ink on them no problem. I even have had luck removing names or small logos.

If you got a small spot.. Pick up a can of C-60 from Ryonet.. It's cheap insurance and I swear by it!! Although it only works on uncured ink.

A spot gun is a must. I just started printing, and I can make some serious messes. I printed black on safety green the other day, and had fingerprint smudges on a few. Spot gun saved every one of them. I always hit them AFTER they are cured. Trust me, it will pay for itself in no time.

always spray out mistakes after the shirt is cured, unless you want to try and keep the uncured ink/design from touching the rest of your shirt.
