I started printing some shirts today. When i started the image was very nice but after about ten shirts it started to get messy. I noticed when i looked at the bottom of the screen I had ink outside the image area. Can anyone tell me why this is happening. Is my screen moving when I am printing or is this happening when I back flood. How do you go about cleaning it off without cleaning the entire screen. I tried to wipe it off with a paper towel, but was wondering if there is a better way to clean it off.
Make sure you have the proper off contact. You also do not need to flood plastisol inks, but if you do make sure that you aren't pushing the ink through the screen on the flood. That will create issues when you pu tthe screen down and then pull more ink over the image area.

Sounds like you're putting out too much ink when you flood and then printing with too much of an angle on the squeegee which pushes a lot more ink through. Check your off-contact and make sure you're keeping the squeegee at only a slight angle(close to vertical).

Depends on the design and ink. Big blocks of text or open spaces can probably use a flood for proper coverage. I also prefer using a flood stroke with any high opacity inks.
