Grey plate in white halftone on black shirt Hello,
I'm trying to print a grayscale image on a black shirt. I'd like to try to use a gray plate to catch the midtones in the design, but I'm kind of at a loss how to do it.
When I'm usually halftoning, the program is assuming that the colour of the ink I'm using, when printed at 100%, is the desired colour I'd like, but in this case, a 100% halftone with grey ink will not give me white, so I'm not sure how to go about it.
Is it as simple as making sure I use a 50% grey and doubling the size of the halftone dots? How would I do that?
Any advice is appreciated-
