Expose QX-1 on 305 yellow mesh using Ryonet unit?

Anyone use this same combination? My new exposure unit should be here tomorrow (hopefully...). I'm also switching to the Ulano QX-1 emulsion. I ordered an exposure calculator, but it hasn't arrived yet. How long should I do my "test" exposure while using the exposure calculator (Image Mate)? Will the exposure calculator then tell me how much to adjust my times? Also, the exposure unit I ordered is this one... http://www.silkscreeningsupplies.com...roduct/RXP2024
