I want to get a black and white reflective design printed on both white and black Ts. From the search results and some google hits on reflective inks, I have doubts about the opacity and whiteness of the reflective white portion when printed on a black T.

Is the white white, or does it have a gray cast? Do you need multiple prints to get opacity? Do any ink brands do reflective white with better whiteness or opacity and less labor?

I have been looking for Reflective inks also. I have found an ink by 3M but I haven't tried it yet. Here is the site that I found I hope this helps. Product Information PoW
