Default pallet mark

any one can help me to find solution to aviod pallet mark after printing .
because while screen printing the pallet mark is found in almost dark colours which is not removeable after even an wash.

you shouldn't have issues cleaning with screen wash. What is the surface of your pallet made of?

You can always cover it before using. Tape down some paper.

Yes, you definitely want to use pallet tape first off. Second, if you're getting some image of the pallet in the shirt that does not disappear in short time, especially after a wash it could be a few things, but what first comes to mind is that maybe the flash is on too long or too hot and you are actually scorching that impression into the shirt?

Hard to say without knowing more about what happened. What kind of press? Did you flash (I assume so 'cause you said dark colors)?

Best - do you have a picture of the shirts you are concerned about that you could post?
