Default What's the best way too...

Hope that this is the right place to post this msg, but can some1 please guide me on the best way to print this design on black & white shirts.

You'll need separate art and screens for black and white shirts

Pretty straight forward on a white t-shirt, black ink and red ink. Halftone the red on a 180-230 mesh, black on a 180 (Manual print I assume)

On a black shirt, I would underbase the entire design (156-180) with white ink and then print red and a highlight white (180-230) Use the black of the shirt for the black in your design and change type to white.
You might be able to use the same red screen for both white and black shirts. Good luck!

How about a digital transfer? It also looks like a simple line art design. So depending on how many you need printed-it's a toss up.
