Default What would you charge

Hey guys I need a little help here. I have a potential customer that wants a price for text only print, artwork provided and wants pricing. Shirts will be provided. Do any of you follow a scale that would help us price accordingly.

How many shirts? To me this deal stinks. If she is providing the shirts then if you ruin one who pays for it? Where is she getting them? We are close to Los Angeles and when we get provided shirts they tend to be from downtown and are all seconds (aka garbage).

As a general rule we will charge our normal print charge and add $2 per shirt for the profit on the shirt we were cut out of on provided shirts. We will also no replace ruined prints. She will have to provide extra shirts in each size if she wants an exact amount.

If you posted quantity it would be helpful, tell them your price with shirt included and let them know you only subtract $1.15 per shirt if they provide shirts because its what you pay for shirts.

Have to agree with this. You are taking all the risk and spending the same amount of time on the job as if you ordered the shirts yourself. Profit margin still has to be there.
