Greetings---we are working on a job that will consist of a screen printed image on the front of a jersey & heat pressed numbers on the back.

This is our first heat press job, we just received our 16x20 Phoenix Phire. Can't locate info on which to do first. Screen print & then try to keep that portion of tee off the heat press platen while pressing the #'s or heat pressing the #'s then screening.

My concern is sending the heat press #'s through the black buddy for screen printed image to cure. THANKS for any help.

I think that you should silk screen first then heat press. If you silks screen it the second, the vinyl or transfer my cause problems. The screened apparel can take the high temp of the press, also I believe it would be easier to align the pressed design to the silk screen print than trying to align the print to the heat pressed design.
