Hey Does anyone print multicolor on pockets using auto press? I'm sure it wont be long before we get an order for 100s..right now they are done on manual with "pocket master..However resetting the off contact to acomadate the pocket jig would take a long time.... please let me now...jeff
Sleeve pallets if'n you got the smaller ones, or the bigger pockets. Also there is the Pocket Master type pallet attachments, no experience with those though. Pocket prints are quick on a manual as well.
We set everything up as a left chest and use two lasers to position the shirt in the right location, spray a little mist tack inside the pocket and press down with your hand and you should be ok. We have done this a couple dozen times over the past 2 years and have had minimal rejects, probably .5%. It just takes a little more time, charge accordingly.
Hey, we have a tuf freedon 6/8 using the sleeve plattens wont work cause there is a 2" ish deep channel directly under the center of the arm ...I was thinking of making a platten with a "pocket master" that sits level with existing plattens so the off contact wouldent need to be changed..The platten would have to be off set left or right withe the side opposite intact such that the squeege would have a surface to press on ..I was hopeing this had already been solved so i didnt have to invent the wheel...thanks ..jeff...ps sorry i type in fragments just how my mind works ha
Sorry I couldn't help you with your problem.I havent worked with any Tuf equipment so I didn't know how it was set up.I've been using M&R equip. for the last 20yrs and American Equip before that.Sure makes me appreciate your problem.
If I have a epiphany in the middle of the night I'll let you know.Once again, sorry.
