Default Printing on satin patches

I need to have this printed on what I believe to be a satin patch in an octagon shape. It's going to be sewn on a martial arts uniform. Anyone have this done before? Maybe I should have custom transfers made up and make the patches myself.

Yes, it would be fun if you make the patches yourself. I think they normally use sublimation printing for white satin patches. But, it can also be done even using laser or inkjet transfers. Of course, if the order quantity is large, screenprinted transfers will be cheaper.

Yes, they are related. They want these patches for their uniforms.

I think I would go with sublimated or screen printed since this is going to get washed quite often.
