What are the best ink brands for getting super soft-hand prints with high opacity color?

I have a sample from another printing company and I would love to figure out what brand of ink they are using to get these results. It is almost a no-hand feel and does not seem to be discharge.

Are there any good brands that make a high-opacity waterbased ink?

Hi,

For me, it is discharge, I use union ink plasticharge and have the same results.

Without discharge, Permaset. With discharge, Matsui.

Permaset has a super opaque line that will have some hand to it.

I've used Matsui discharge before and still was never able to get results this clean and bright. Especially the white.

I read a little about Matsui's 301 HO type water based inks. I'm wondering if this might be what I'm looking at.

The photo I posted doesn't do the brightness of the yellow justice. It is really saturated and bright.

Sericol makes a discharge ink that is both easier to use than Matsui and has a brighter white with a soft feel. Texcgarge TC-021 with TC-747 powder activator 1-800-SERICOL

Union Ink make a great opaque plastisol called MaxOpaque but it has a stiff hand

International Coatings has a great product called Soft Hand Additive for Plastosol #710LF
