Default Oversized Film for Laser Printers

Hey, I am looking for some help on locating film for a Laser printer or a Xerox printer. I recently had a film printed on drafting vellum and exposed my screen, It seemed to work alright, but there were no halftones involved and I will be using them with these over sized films I need made.

I have done research and found printers around me that can print large format, I am just having a hell of a time locating film, transparency, vellum, whatever it is I need that is more transparent than drafting vellum. We use Kimodesk Laser films for our regular films, but I can only go 13.5" wide on that printer. And I am not in the market to buy a bigger printer.

So I have ran across 4 and 3 mil Matte Film, transparency bond paper, you name it. And all work with a laser printer or a Xerox which is great. I just haven't seen a physical piece of these different medias to know if they are translucent enough.

Can anyone point me in a direction for this. I know there are plenty of printers that print large format that is over 18" wide.... where do they get there positives made??

I need something that is 24" wide and a 3" core....

Please....

You want an Epson 7450 with Agfa SelectJet - much better than Laser!

I appreciate the response but that doesn't help at all. I am looking for a type of paper or film that would work for what I am doing.

I was out looking at new and used large format Epson's I used to have a Xante laser and was frustrated with the vellum shrinking.

Even if you put it in twice. I have been hearing only good things about ink jet.
