What methods of shirt printing do big brands like Ed hardy, affliction ....to name a few because they all look pixelated?

Im trying to get some shirts printed up and i had problems with my last shirt screen printer because of:

color minimums
problems with printing over seams
jumbo prints

What would be the best method for me?

They use a belt printer or a special plate use for all over printing. These are not common printing methods and right now the printers who have these are getting premium prices for their services. As far as what would be the best method for you? Do a lot of research and be willing to pay for premium printing.
