Default Ghostscript for Mac
Hello,
I am trying to get hold of a link for ghostscript for a Mac, i am running leopard operating system with an epson 1400. Any advice would be great. I have found links in the past but none of them work properly and there are no instructions for installation or how to use the package.

Try Obtaining GPL Ghostscript 8.63
any problems - try a mirror.
You will need GhostView and a postscript print-to-file printer (Laserwriter or Adobe Postscript) plus a suitable PPD.
It takes a bit of nous I'm afraid but works OK, not as good as a real RIP.

Postscript Printer Description file - defines your page size, default halftone etc. There are PPDs at my site below.
