Default recommend substrate for plastisol gift print?

i just put together a family photos little deal to give to the fam for xmas...

it's a 4 color process print with a spot black trap, and the design is as big as my comfort zone allows... 12.5 x 15.5 inches. I plan on making prints with plastisol, and was wondering if anyone had an idea for something to print on. something white. no underbasing.

canvas seems too porous for process printing. stretching a white cotton tee over a canvas frame seems flimsy and expensive. (24 prints for gifts.) i'm out of ideas and braindead.

any thoughts?

Canvas is usually gessoed (spelling?) and sanded a billion times before being printed. It would
likely be smooth enough for process printing.

For a gift I once printed plastisol on glass, flash cured, then sandwiched with another piece of glass.
Came out really cool looking, though I'm not sure how process would look.

ended up doing the prints on a cut up linen sheet. flashed well, cured well... cheap as h e double hockey sticks. the prints came out amazing.
