Hi. We are thinking of buying the Epson 7800 inkjet to print our seps on. Currently we have the Aspect 18" imager that we want to get rid of.
Does anyone use the Epson 7800? Can you use any brand of Film or does it have to be Epson Film? How long does the black ink last? Just looking for some input from other people who have made this switch or use the inkjet.

I use an epson 1800 as a back up to my imagesetters. They work great. I would suggest if you file your art for later use is to use waterproof film and ink. I get my stock from usscreen. Fask ink and Fastpos. Obviously youll need a rip but you should have one for the aspect that might work.
