Does anyone know of a company that I can send my artwork to and they send me a screen with the image burned in?

It would help if people knew where you were located. I know of a few in Melbourne for example, but I doubt that's much help to you.

Check the yellow pages under Screen Printing.
Look for or call some of the shops for a screen prep service.
