Smile Printing on Polypropylene / Polyolefin

Hello, I have a line of swimwear that is made of Polyprolene / Spandex fabric. I have been I cannot have my suits screened as the heat in the drying process ruins the fabric, although I have a rashguard from a big label that is made of the same fabric, so I know it can be done. The fabric is black and I am looking for just white printed to the fabric. I have had some samples embroidered, but I do not like the look of what you see on the underside. I am open to any imput or any other ideas of how I can get my logo on there.
Would really love to screen it. Anybody out there have any experience with this fabric or any other ideas??
Thank you in advance for any feedback.
Deby

I have screen on this fabric before, what do you meant it ruins the fabric, with this fabric you have to turn the belt so it can go the the dry faster than you screen a normal T'shirt, it will dry the ink with know problem. I use plasticsol ink, I don't use water base ink, so I do not about what it can do.

Hello LaTonya,
I have not found anyone to try my fabric yet. So, you have done it? The printer has to use Plastisol ink and go through the dryer faster by turning up the belt speed? I have been told the fabric melts.

I have not found anyone yet, I will keep looking. For some reason, the few I have talked to, dont want to do it. I will have about 1000 pieces, so I think its a good order. Thanks for the replys.
