Default How do you store your screens you use constantly?

I currently have been printing my own designs (currently have 72 total) that are various colors of ink and I have been selling more of them lately prining maybe 9 of this design here, 14 of that design there and so on and so forth. They are all 1 color design so the setup is easy and painless that is why I can get away with printing like this. Plus keeps down on printed stock just laying around. Anyway, I need to come up with a way to store my screens to keep the mesh from getting clogged while sitting and to keep them from touching each other when stacked. I was using cardboard between each screen when stacked but that was terrible becuase the mesh clogged all the time. Does anyone have any Ideas for me? Thanks!

Mesh clog? What is the mesh clogging with?

I stack mine side by side like books in a library. I write the job/screen design on the side so I can go straight to the one i need again.

I don't know exactly what it is the screens are getting clogged with. Almost looks like some kind of ink residue? When putting the screens side by side like that(library book style) how do you keep the inks from getting on each of the frames?

I clean the screens before I put them away. There is no ink left after cleaning to clog or get on another screen.

Are you not removing all ink before storing?

I do remove the Ink from the stencil but I do not clean the screen completely out as I will use them again with the same color ink so why bother.

if you don't want to clean it all the way, clean the image itself out from the print side, but leave the ink in the screen. stack them to where the screens all face the same way, so the print side of one is facing the ink side of the next. that way no ink touches the screen itself, as long as the frames are clean.
