Help on Mesh tension!
I've been reading the forums about mesh tension affecting print. But how does it really affect?
The tighter the tension, what will it affect?
What are the pros and cons of a tight and light tension?
Printing fine lines and small little circles, what kind of tension do you need?
Need help guys!
Thanks!

Re: Help on Mesh tension! Generally, the tighter, the better. High tension promoted better- more consistent ink deposit, finer detail and resolution, better registration, better print quality, more even stencil thickness, to name a few benefits.

Re: Help on Mesh tension! my advice is this...
we used aluminum screens starting out... if you can ever afford roller newman's - do it.
the tension does make a difference... before we sometimes had to print flash print flash print -
now the same job we can lay the white down, 2 strokes then flash and be done.
